Delivery and processing times
Processing: The merchant processes orders within 1 business day of placing them.
Deadlines: Delivery is made within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the order module.
Extraordinary circumstances: The Merchant reserves the right to extend the delivery period in emergency situations, informing the Consumer in a timely manner.
Confirmation and receipt of the order
Specifying details: The Merchant has the right to contact the User by phone for confirmation or clarification of details before shipping.
Transmission: Goods are delivered against signature. Larger shipments are delivered to the entrance of the building.
Responsibility: The Merchant is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate data (address, telephone) provided by the User.
Delivery Inspection (Complaints)
The consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies, shortages or damage must be reported immediately.
If the User does not do this, the delivery is deemed to have been accepted without objection.
International deliveries and customs duties
The rules of the relevant national postal service and the legislation of the country in which the recipient is located are applicable.
Import fees: All fees for importing the goods are at the expense of the User.
Refusal: The consumer cannot claim a refund if he refused to pay import duties or accept the shipment.
